Cancellation Policy
PsychSeva Booking Policy 📅 Effective Date: September 7, 2024 At PsychSeva, we ensure a smooth booking experience while maintaining fair policies for clients and psychologists. Please read the following guidelines before booking. 1. Appointment Booking All therapy sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance, except for same-day bookings. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Clients can choose between pay-per-session or subscription plans. Once booked, clients receive an email confirmation with session details. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations a. Scheduled Sessions (Booked 12+ Hours in Advance) Clients can reschedule up to 6 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before will not be accepted. Therapists must provide 12 hours' notice if they reschedule, allowing clients to select a new time. b. Same-Day Bookings No cancellations, refunds, or client rescheduling allowed. Only the psychologist can reschedule, depending on availability. Missing a session results in a forfeited booking with no refund. c. Cancellation & Refund Policy 24+ hours before the session: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. No-show (10+ minutes late): Session is forfeited, no refund. If PsychSeva cancels a session, clients receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session. 3. Session Guidelines Clients must join on time; late arrivals beyond 10 minutes result in a forfeited session. Sessions must be held in a quiet, private space for effectiveness. Clients can choose their preferred mode (video or audio call). 4. Payment & Refund Process Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking through Razorpay & Cashfree. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. PsychSeva is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers. 5. Exceptions & Special Cases Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases such as: Verified medical emergencies. Technical issues preventing session completion. Therapist unavailability without prior notice. Clients must email psycheseva@gmail.com within 48 hours to request a review. 6.
